A distinguished Private members club, London. Controlled Ltd was commissioned for the design, installation and commissioning of an Analogue addressable fire Alarm System. The front of house finish was to be extremely high with a strict emphasis of everything being aesthetically correct and concealed. The system chosen consisted of colour coded flush mount Kentec Syncro control panels with Apollo & Hochiki Protocol for all back of house and Vesda aspirated early warning Fire detection systems for all front of house areas with remote monitoring to our alarms receiving centre.Â
On completion of this project Controlled Ltd was commissioned to design, supply and commission a Lenel Access Control system to manage the multiple transactions on read in and read out on all back of house exits with the database and software infrastructure capable of handling future expansion within areas of the building planned for redevelopment.Â
Later expansion and Controlled Ltd was successful in a competitive tendering exercise to provide the fire and security design & installation for the flagship Arts Club Hotel extension. A migration path to a Genetec Security centre operating platform, utilising Omincast CCTV, with Synergis Access Control, Sipelia Intercom and control room environment for system observation and administration.Â
Controlled Ltd provides ongoing Preventative and Corrective Maintenance with remote system monitoring.Â
