A flagship headquarters building a located in the heart of London’s Mayfair, near the prestigious Old Bond Street.
Controlled Ltd won the contract for the CAT A refurbishment of a nine-story building, which includes the design, installation and commissioning of an addressable Fire detection and alarm system to include Baldwin Boxall Disabled Refuge & Toilet alarm, with Advanced MxPro5 analogue addressable control panel with Apollo Protocol devices and Vesda early warning smoke detection systems for lift shafts.
Design, installation and commissioning of the building access control system consisted of a Lenel Onguard system with OTIS Compass lift destination control, Bosch Network CCTV Cameras and CAME Bpt intercom.
