Controlled Ltd won the contract for the CAT A refurbishment of an eight-storey building, tasked with the design, installation, and commissioning of an addressable fire detection and alarm system, including a disabled refuge toilet alarm. The project features Advanced MxPro5 analogue addressable control panels, Apollo Protocol devices, and Cameo disabled refuge toilet alarm systems.
Landlords’ base security consisted of a Paxton network access control system with a HIK Vision network CCTV system.
