Residential- Project Four

A beautiful period property located in a quite village in Hampshire. A phased refurbishment of the main house and adjoining stables with most period features retained and restored.

Controlled Ltd was commissioned for the supply, installation and commissioning of a Dual Path monitored Intruder alarm system. Working direct to the client the installation was carried out in parallel with the main contractors, cables were pre-installed to areas that would eventually be re-furbished so the hard wired infrastructure was already in place.

The control equipment chosen was based on forward planning so that the stable block once refurbished had the facility to be programmed as a separate partition of the main alarm. Detection equipment was sited for simplicity, aesthetics and to avoid minimal disruption to the finished fabrics of the build resulting in a system that met the expectations of the client.

On going preventative maintenance has been undertaken since the successful completion of the project.
