The refurbishment of 31 Old Bond Street. Controlled Ltd was awarded the security systems contract for condition survey of all existing systems, design, installation and commissioning of Honeywell Winpack Access Control, Grade 3 Intruder alarm, Milestone XProtect Professional Network CCTV system with interconnecting licences into the client global Milestone XProtect Corporate system, Vivotek Network Cameras and Wager very early smoke detection analysis. The project was carried out on a tight time scale with a strict emphasis on all field hardware being aesthetically pleasing in keeping with the stores front of house finished fabrics.
