Bernie Grant Arts Centre

Designed by award winning architect David Adjaye the Bernie Grant Arts Centre is the latest addition to London’s cultural arts scene. The purpose built multi-arts centre includes a 274 seat auditorium, studio/rehearsal space, café/bar, multimedia workspaces and open spaces.

Controlled Ltd was approached directly by the client shortly after practical completion of the security and communications systems. With all three disciplines networked across three buildings and no information for each system a program of works was drawn up to interrogate the combined GE intruder alarm and access control system, the Analogue CCTV system and the Commend intercom system. After successful completion on going Preventative Maintenance support was awarded and additional access control readers have been added.
