Controlled were asked to install, 2nd fit, and commission Intercom and Entry phone systems in a large scale prestige new build in Chelsea.
The works cover two new residential blocks.
One building of approaching 200 appartments is dual entry station voice only. The second building, of over 150 appartments has two entry doors and full colour audio and video stations.
Controlled also extended the key fob Access Control systems and the CCTV coverage to cover both new blocks.
The equipment had already been selected and purchased by others. Controlled had to gather technical information, troubleshoot and ensure the system met the developers brief.
Controlled rapidly became recognised by the main contractor as key expert and a trusted sub-contractors.
Since then Controlled have carried out other projects involving multiple occupancy dwellings and historic Georgian conversions. All involving different specifications of equipment and multiple station and entry points.
