Example 1:
Attending site meetings with the
end user client, liaison with the security company in the USA,
helping by answering all questions, explaining details, installation to
agreed standards, implementation user training, providing
on going advice and integrating the system with the Controlled installed
intruder system.
As a result of the relationship, Controlled provide on going maintenance
and support as well as handled revisions to the fire detection system.
Example 2:
Lenel 5.12.110 migration to 6.4.500. All the preparation work with Imperial College ICT Department. The Lenel system covers some 1,800 readers and 80 controllers spread across the geographically disbursed campus. Migration include moving from Windows 2003 to Virtual Windows 2008 servers and Oracle 10g to Oracle 11gR1. The Lenel system forms an integral part of the Imperial College Business Systems as well as handling all students, staff, contractors and visitors.
